Perfect Poached Egg Avocado Toast with Fresh Dill.

This isn't anything groundbreaking but it sure is a staple in this house. Add bacon or leave it as it, always yummy, always hits the spot. The combination of the dill, egg and avo really bring a fresh and fatty combo that is to die for.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Sourdough Whole Foods has a great bakery section
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Fry off your bacon - extra crispy
  • Boil 2 cups of water, once boiled turn heat to medium and add in your white vinegar. Slowly add your egg and let cook for 3½ minutes for runny, 4 minutes for gooey perfection.
  • While your eggs are cooking Toast that bread until crispy.
  • Build your toast. Smash that avocado over your bread and salt & pepper it up. Lay your bacon then add your egg. Top with some olive oil, dill & flakey salt.
  • Enjoy!
